Hey, guys!!! Isabelle Knight back here again with another super exciting announcement!! Another author interview! On video call!! Hoorah!! So, I recently read a fantastic middle-grade fantasy/sci-fi/adventure novel, The Accidental Hero by Matt Myklusch, and it was just so much fun! It had robots, superheroes, and the worldbuilding was amazing! And the plot twist at the end… O.O
I loved that book so much that I actually reached out to the author to do an interview, and he responded with a yes, which was amazing! So earlier this week, we were able to meet face-to-face on video call to do the interview, which you can watch here! If the embed down below doesn’t work, just use the link in the previous sentence!
It was so amazing to be able to talk with Matt – he was great to talk to, and he had some great advice for young writers! And it was super fun to see how he started out writing and what the publishing process was like for him! So if you want to hear me and Matt chat a little bit about writing, superheroes, and how little details in worldbuilding are really what brings the story to life!
